He’s internationally recognized for his work on the relationship between frontline workers and the systems, processes and programs that shape how work gets done.
Conklin has worked with organizations around the world, bringing his approach to safety culture, human performance and event investigation into both executive conversations and frontline practice.
He is the bestselling author of Pre-Accident Investigations: An Introduction to Organizational Safety, and hosts the popular twice-weekly PreAccident Investigation Podcast.

Jon Baldwin brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across connected technology, sensing and hardware businesses. Before joining Blackline Safety he led Verra Mobility’s Government Solutions business, a connected platform for traffic safety. Previously, Baldwin served as President of Fortive’s Gems Sensors & Controls business and held senior leadership roles at Fortive’s Tektronix, Texas Instruments, National Semiconductor and Analog Devices.
